It’s hard not to be captivated by Jillian Hervey’s gorgeous mane and empowering vocals—the daughter of Vanessa Williams comes equipped with a ton of talent. As one half of the New York R&B duo LION BABE, she brings an intense presence to the stage alongside partner in crime Lucas Goodman, also known as ASTRO RAW. LION BABE has gained a ton of traction this year for the singles “Wonder Woman” and “Jump Hi” with Childish Gambino. The duo released a self-titled EP last year, and there’s reportedly a full length due in early 2016. Later this month they’ll be playing in LA and the UK. The pair shows love for everything retro through their style, glitter, and big hair. Both Hervey and Goodman have a love for shoes, great beats, and essential hair products. We caught up with LION BABE to see what everyone needs to stay fresh on tour.
