Flavour Flav, Rae Sremmurd and Jim Jones, have a challenger to the hip hop weatherman title with Chance the Rapper making a special live appearance on Chicago’s WGN's Morning News broadcast. Chance gave a fairly pro weather forecast for the Chicago area and pulled on an "invisibility cloak" to blend himself into the green screen.
"It's extremely cold outside, but it hasn't seemed to stop the spirit of giving," the Chicago native said. He also dropped some nature knowledge, “Every snowflake is different. They actually have, like, different DNA like people.”
The appearance was to help promote the station's annual Morning News Toy Drive. This year, the network is working with Chance's youth empowerment charity, SocialWorks.
He did such a good job the station has offered him a full time position.
