The first Noisey New Zealand party of the year doubled as the official after party for the inaugural Auckland City Limits festival. So a big day turned into a bigger night as Whammy Bar quickly hit capacity with people jamming the dance floor to catch the mixed musical styles that included Auckland’s own Eno x Dirty, garage punks Cool Runnings in their last show, and Scuba Diva and TSR Airlines DJ sets.
With LVJ closing it out with an hour of huge bangers, the crowd’s energy would have you believing it was still pre-midnight as the clock struck 4am.
