Today, the promoters behind the west coast super festival, Coachella, have announced their brand new East Coast festival to take place in New York City: Panorama. According to Pitchfork, the festival will take place July 22-24 at Randall's Island Park in New York City.
The festival's lineup has not been announced, however the promoters have promised "top tier musical performances, dynamic art installations, innovative technology, and some of NYC’s best local eats." The festival will also not conflict with New York's other major festival, Governors Ball which runs June 3-5.
